For Sngcon (Singpore) - builder of landed houses, we will hand-hold every client through the planning, design, selection and construction phases of the landed housing project. With this approach, we have been able to create homes which fit our clients’ criteria and budget, while at the same time reflecting the personal flair and preference of the families that will eventually reside within.

For Ark Interior - ID solutions provider, we start right from keys collection where we help the client to identify the defects in their new houses, liaise with the developer to rectify the defects and work with the clients to design their dream home. After the developer has rectified all the defects found in the house, we will move in to carry out the renovation works and transform the bare space into the endearing home that our clients have envisioned.
